Inappropriate biomes formation and adjoinment

I am just going to spawn a horse but I want to get out of cold taiga and not want to ride there. Going out to nearby plains, I found out this! The cold taiga is just so badly managed and connected with plains, forest and ocean including the deep one. This is way bad and aren't looking like stone beaches or cliffs. Even there can be seen resources and caves, some of them below sea level but opening in sea. Quiet abused of it, I feel Minecraft to be so crappy and buggy! all minecraft versions!
