Minecraft Java does not load and freezes my computer

have not been able to play Minecraft Java for a long time. I have tried to fix it many times but nothing works, so I am reporting it here. When I try to launch the game, after the preparation process, a red loading screen appears and the game gets stuck. Then my entire computer freezes.

Also, now I cannot even open the launcher anymore. It shows an error saying that the game is already running when it is not.
