Using TTF font type for minecraft resourcepacks leave jittery texts on bold text

Trying to set a custom TTF font for usage with minecraft makes bold text have a wierd, jittery afterimage that seems to happen due to how minecraft renders these fonts. Confirmed that it happens on 1.20.1 and 1.21.8
