Issue: > After leaving water, the oxygen bar remains on the HUD instead of disappearing. Oxygen does not replenish on land. Re-entering water causes immediate drowning damage.
Steps to Reproduce:
Go underwater to make the oxygen bar appear.
Return to land.
Observe the oxygen bar is still there and not recovering.
Go back into water and take damage immediately.
