Severe Performance Issues (Lag) After Update 26.1.1

Dear Mojang Team,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to report a significant performance issue that started occurring after updating Minecraft to version 26.1.1.

Since the update, the game has been experiencing severe lag, including noticeable FPS drops, delayed chunk loading, and occasional freezing. This behavior is consistent and occurs even in situations where the game previously ran smoothly without any issues.

Below are my system specifications and detailed information:

Game Version: 26.1.1

Platform: PC Portable AZUS VivoBook

Operating System: WINDOWS 11 HOME SINGLE LENGUAGE

Processor (CPU): 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1235U (1.30 GHz)

Graphics Card (GPU): Intel(R)UHD Graphis

RAM: 8,00 GB (7,69 GB usable)

Storage Type: Operative System 64 bits, based of x64

Issue Description:

Significant FPS drops compared to previous versions

Chunks take longer than usual to load

Random stuttering and occasional freezes

Additional Details:

The issue occurs in both new and existing worlds

Happens in both singleplayer and multiplayer

No major changes were made to my system besides updating the game

Troubleshooting Attempts:

Restarted the game and computer

Lowered graphics settings

Verified system performance and background processes

Despite these efforts, the issue persists and has a major impact on gameplay.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Launch Minecraft version 26.1.1

Load any world (new or existing)

Start moving around or exploring terrain

Observe performance while chunks load and gameplay continues

Expected result:
The game should run smoothly with stable FPS and normal chunk loading, similar to previous versions before the update.

Actual result:
The game shows constant lag, including FPS drops, slow chunk loading, and occasional freezing, making gameplay difficult.

I kindly ask you to investigate this issue, as it significantly affects the playability of the game. Please let me know if further information, logs, or testing is required.

Thank you very much for your time and support.

Sincerely,
JOHNATAN STIVENS VALDERRAMA TIMANA
