Dispenser arrows cannot push sulfur cubes

Sulfur Cubes, when shot by an arrow from a dispenser, are not knocked back. The arrow instantly disappears upon hitting the Sulfur Cube.

Expected behavior: the Sulfur Cube should be propelled in the direction appropriate for where the arrow landed, and the arrow should ricochet off of the Sulfur Cube as would a player arrow.
