You are welcome to create a new ticket about your issue in English. You can use an online translator, if it helps. In case of a game crash, be sure to attach the crash report, which you can find in the .minecraft/crash-reports directory.

However, please make use of the search feature before writing a new bug report, as someone else may already have reported your issue before. If you find an existing ticket about the issue, you can add a vote and any new information to it instead of reporting it yourself.
