A tnt can't go through the nether portal the second time, and then its explosion can break blocks normally but nether portal block

When a tnt go through the nether portal, its data “PortalCooldown“ will get to 300,but the “fuse” of tnt only 80, that means a tnt can’t go through the portal again,fix it,let tnt’s cooldown faster,please.

And I find that when a tnt went through the portal,the explosion of this tnt can break the block normally,but it can’t break the nether portal block,I don’t know the the specific cause.

These issue has existed for a long time.It exists in many versions,as I know,it can track back to 1.21
