Boat with Sulfur Cube (with block inside) plays frequent incorrect sounds at high speed.

Description
When a Sulfur Cube that has absorbed a block (such as Grass Block or Pumpkin) is inside a boat, the boat will continuously play abnormal, frequent, and incorrect sound effects under the following conditions:

This bug happens in both scenarios:
1.The player rides the boat with the Sulfur Cube inside and moves quickly.
2.The player walks fast upside the boat that has the block-carrying Sulfur Cube.
→ The sound plays far too frequently and sounds glitched.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Spawn a Sulfur Cube and let it absorb a block (e.g. Grass Block or Pumpkin).
2.Put this Sulfur Cube with block inside a boat.
3.Ride the boat and move at high speed.
→ The boat will play frequent, wrong sounds continuously.

OR
1.Place a block-containing Sulfur Cube inside a boat.
2.drink a Speed potion and run / move quickly inside it.
→ The same frequent incorrect sound effects will occur.
Observed Result
The boat constantly plays repeated, incorrect sound effects when moving fast with a block-containing Sulfur Cube on board.
Expected Result
The boat shouldn't play any sound.
