Additionally, your Minecraft version is outdated. We only accept bug reports for the latest release and the latest snapshot. Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes.

If you can reproduce the issue on the latest version, you are welcome to create a new ticket in English. You can use an online translator, if it helps.

However, please make use of the search feature, as it’s likely that someone else already reported the issue before. If you find an existing ticket about the issue, you can add a vote and any new information to it instead of reporting it yourself.
