I found a visual artifact after fighting the ender dragon (In the end). I had strength 127 and it showed up directly after the dragon was killed. The "thing"
seemed to move in the opposite direction when i went up and down and it moved with me on my WASD Directions. If any more information is needed please contact me.

are you using and AMD/ATI graphics card? If so this is a duplicate of MC-1607
No i run a Nvidia based system.
Can you make a crash report (F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
Unfortunately after tests i cannot seem to recreate the issue.
