Glitchy weird ominous banners using /place structure Minecraft:pillager_outpost

I was playing Minecraft as usual, trying to blow up a village using TNT, then i decided to use /place structure pillager_outpost and it looked normal until, i noticed the banners were glitchy. They were going through faces like if i was making one with a loom. I went to my other world and it happened again. I created a new world it was fine, until i used /place structure pillager_outpost and it had the glitchy banners and they went through the phases, then looped. I placed one it went through the faces of making it, then stayed normal.

How the bug happens: you have to use the place command /place structure Minecraft:pillager_outpost, and then hit enter as usual, the pillager outpost will look normal, but the ominous banners are very glitchy. They go through the stages of making it with a loom, then go back to a plain banner, then go through the stages of making it. This bug only happens in worlds only loaded in 26.2 snapshot 5 java edition.

Observed results: Every second or two, it went through a different phase of making it. It should of stayed normal when i did /place structure Minecraft:pillager_outpost, when i middle click then it goes through the phases then stops at normal.

Expected results: It should of stayed normal instead of that glitchy banner going through the phases of making it with a loom. It should of stayed normal. I have no idea how this happens.
