Resizing the dedicated server gui window causes the memory usage to rise significantly

When resizing the dedicated server gui, a significant memory usage increase can be seen in the memory usage window in the gui.

How to reproduce:

1- Run a dedicated server with the gui enabled

2- Wait until the server is idle

3- Start resizing the gui window

Expected result:

Since the server is idle, the memory usage shouldn’t be affected by just resizing the gui window which might be required when managing servers over an rdp connection.

Actual result:

Resizing the window causes memory usage to rise significantly, sometimes fast enough to trigger the garbage collector. The attached videos show two examples of this effect, one showing heap usages of upwards of 200 mb/s just by resizing the window.
