I`m keep playing on 1.21.11, but by no reason in 100% NEW trial chanber stupid vaults won`t open when i didn`t use them and they are still closed likes used one, but i didn`t use here.

Can you reproduce this issue on the latest snapshot or release? 1.21.11 is outdated. Please also attach some screenshots or videos demonstrating the issue.
