Short description of the issue:
When sprint-swimming upward while looking at a low angle underwater, the player gets stuck at the water surface and cannot rise further, even when looking up higher, unless they re-enter the water or toggle the sprint-swim key.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
Create a new world and find a body of water (river or ocean).
Jump into the water.
While underwater, tilt your view slightly upward (not too steep) and hold Ctrl to sprint-swim upward.
Once your body reaches the water surface, look up higher while still holding Ctrl.
Expected result:
When looking up higher while sprint-swimming at the water surface, the player should rise out of the water, jump into the air, and then fall back into the water.
Actual result:
The player gets stuck at the water surface and cannot rise further, even with a higher view angle. The only way to resolve this is to exit and re-enter the water, or release and re-press the Ctrl key.
Additional Notes:
I have not measured the exact view angle required to trigger this.
