Debug gizmos rendered by `DEBUG_EXPERIMENTAL_REDSTONEWIRE_UPDATE_ORDER` are now positioned too low

By JVM properties MC_DEBUG_EXPERIMENTAL_REDSTONEWIRE_UPDATE_ORDER, the game will render axis to display update order. The 1.21.11 change many debug render, it cause debug render for MC_DEBUG_EXPERIMENTAL_REDSTONEWIRE_UPDATE_ORDER become worse.

Before 1.21.11, the axis will render on the coordinate of redstone wire block. Since 1.21.11, the axis will render a bit below of the coordinate of redstone wire block, despite up direction, the most important horizontal direction are buried in the block. It makes player harder to get update order.

How to Reproduce

  2. Create a new world with experiments “Redstone Experiments” enabled.

  3. Place some redstone dust on visually intransparency blocks, and make it activate.

  4. See the debug render, colored axis.

Expected Result
