The Bug:

Attempting to send a friend request to yourself silently fails with no user feedback.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open up the “Friends” menu.

2. Type your current username and click send.

Observed Behavior:

The action silently fails with no user feedback.

Expected Behavior:

The action would fail with necessary user feedback. For example, “You cannot send a friend request to yourself”.
