Canceling a friend request before the receiver has accepted it causes the receiver's incoming friend request list to desync

Trying to add myself on both my accounts to test the new features. I canceled the freind request on one account and on the other one it still is showing as pending. I then try to decline it and it says failed to perform this friend action. I can’t decline I can’t accept. I can’t even send a new request from the original account I canceled it on.
