Command autocompletion is less smooth than it was

Command autocompletion is not as smooth from 26.1 to 26.2-snapshot 7 as it was in 1.21.11.

Navigation with left and right arrows does not necessarily allow to access next step in command :

for example, start typing “/data get entity @” and select whatever autocompletion option with up and down arrows, then try using right arrow to get to next step (“[“ selector opening). Nothing happens whereas in 1.21.11, it would show autocompletion suggestion for “[“.

Typing a space character, then a backspace after the selector allows for the autocompletion of the “[“, but does not grant access to autocompletion for selector arguments.

Typing the opening “[“ grants access to autocompletion for selector arguments, which is intended.

It overall feels inconsistent and a little more tedious to use than it was before.
