Able to place blocks on inaccessible block faces using 1-layer snow

It is possible to place blocks on the surface of blocks that the player is not directly targeting by using a 1-layer snow block.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a block floating in the air.

2. Place a 1-layer snow block on top of that block.

3. Try placing another block directly onto the top surface of the floating block — this normally should not be possible because the snow layer blocks access to that face.

4. Instead, right-click on the side of the 1-layer snow layer while aiming appropriately.

5. Observe that a block can be placed onto the blocked top surface of the underlying block.

Expected Result:
The player should not be able to place a block on a surface that is obstructed by the 1-layer snow, unless that surface is directly accessible according to normal placement rules.

Actual Result:
By clicking the side of a 1-layer snow block, the game allows placement onto the hidden top face of the block underneath.

Additional Notes:
This seems related to how thin blocks like 1-layer snow handle placement targeting and face detection, allowing interaction to pass through or incorrectly resolve to the block below. This also works on 26.1.2
