What I expected to happen was...:
While playing survival, and after changing FOV value, i expect the mouse settings not to change.
What actually happened was...:
After that, the cursor reacts slowly to the mouse (doesn't have to do with sensibility, it's different), and keeps moving after i stop the mouse, making it very difficukt to play properly.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create New World (seed: bertoesunchicomuylishto )
2. Bred a horse and mount it with a saddle
3. While in the horse, change the FOV value
4. Dismount the horse
5. The bug appears, and no setting change resolves it

Can you reproduce that with a new world and reset FOV ?
You are sure not to press some special key like "Mute" on your keyboard ?
To what key do you have bound the cinematic camera ?
With the conditions I described, I can't reproduce the bug, so I suppose it was caused by an accidental typing of mute like in MC-29454.
I will report if the error/bug reproduces again. Thanks for your rapid answer.
Cannot confirm.
Probably you've switched on cinematic camera by accident (see MC-29454)
Go to Options -> Controls, bind "Cinematic Camera" to F4, and press F4 after leaving the menu.
