[MC-30860] Blocks not breaking while in Creative using Golden Sword testing 13w37a give features.

What I expected to happen was...:
The stone blocks to break when I hit them with a spawned Golden Sword.

What actually happened was...:
Destruction particles flew, but the blocks remained, even after block updates.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Spawned in a Golden Sword with a command block with the damage 32.
2. Spawned in a Golden Sword with a command block with the damage 1.
3. First sword in inventory is "automatically"(is this meant to happen?) replaced by the second sword.
4. Punch some blocks with the sword.
5. Blocks do not break.
6. Use hands and blocks to hit the blocks.
7. Blocks break.
8. Tried again with the sword, the blocks do not break.

Blocks do not break with swords while in creative since 1.6, it's intencioned, so that while fighting enemies in creative you do not accidentally break blocks.
