Multiple minecarts colliding with one another and with blocks repeatedly play their moving sound

I couldn't capture sound on this video, but if you do it yourself, you'll hear it clearly.

Was able to replicate this in 26.2 Release Candidate 1, it occurs when an entity is touching a minecart. Constant noise can be achieved by a player standing on the minecarts as well.
