[MC-30876] Crash when attempting to get named player heads

Using the /give command, the game fails to give specified player head name, returning a Steve head instead.
Using command blocks, the game crashes.
(Command used: /give @p 397 1 3 {skullowner:MrNintendoMan})

Please only submit one bug per ticket.

I apologize, I did not realize they changed the player head option. Please submit a new report for that bug.

SkullOwner, not skullowner. You also need quotes around the name.
