When a world is upgraded in versions use the FileFixerUpper and a few places the warnings/errors points to a wrong exception from previous steps and not the current what can cause confusion for reports pointing to the wrong Exception.
Steps to reproduce the issue
Migrate a world (the hardlinks are not supported)
Make fails to create new world directory and also fails the rollback of the changes

Its a little hard to replicate for post logs… not sure if a reference for mcsrc can works for this report…
