Cape movement exhibits noticeable jitter, especially when sprinting and jumping simultaneously.
This behavior has been observed starting from 1.21.2 to 26.2-rc2

Environment

minecraft version 1.21.1, 1.21.2 and 1.21.9 used to record the videos, with no mods

Is it the side to side motion of the cape you are calling a jitter? In the videos posted are you only moving directly forwards with no left or right?
