Users on child accounts cannot access multiplayer features regardless of Xbox settings

Users on Child Accounts cannot access Multiplayer Features (e.g. Chat, Friend System), even with such Features Enabled in the User’s XBOX/Microsoft Privacy Settings.

Possible Cause:

My Theory is that the Game Enables/Disables Multiplayer Features only based on whether User is on a Child Account, without actually checking which specific Features are Allowed/Disallowed.
