Score & selector displays don't display correctly in books when player does not have /op powers

When a player does not have /op powers on a server, if they read a book that includes scores or selectors in the JSON format, instead of displaying the score or players selected, it instead displays the selector info put into the command (example, instead of “Humans: Jerriess” it shows “Humans: @a[tag=Human]” when without /op powers).

How to reproduce:

1. Open a server & /.deop yourself

2. Give yourself a written book that contains a selector tag in the JSON (example: {“selector”:”@a[tag=Human]”})

3. Open the book
