End Portal (Exit Portal) is destroyed by TNT explosion during Ender Dragon resurrection process

Description:
When the Ender Dragon is being resurrected using End Crystals placed on the bedrock fountain, detonating TNT nearby during the resurrection animation can cause the exit portal (the portal that appears after defeating the dragon) to be destroyed or partially removed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Defeat the Ender Dragon and activate the exit portal (the one surrounded by bedrock at the center of the main End island).

2. Place End Crystals on each side of the bedrock fountain to initiate the dragon resurrection process.

3. During the resurrection animation (while the crystals are exploding and the dragon is regenerating), place and ignite TNT near the bedrock fountain/exit portal area.

4. Observe the exit portal blocks disappear or become corrupted.

Expected Result:
The exit portal should remain intact and indestructible, as bedrock and portal blocks are generally considered unbreakable by explosions.

Actual Result:
The exit portal blocks (the glowing portal frame or the portal itself) are destroyed or glitched, preventing the player from returning to the Overworld after defeating the dragon again.
