Datapacks can just make criterials using effects_changed trigger, that trigger allow pass a source for define from what entity need to come that effect, for axoloth works fine (and its a vanilla advancement) but for nautilus and the Breath of the Nautilus this just not works. looks like the code just not pass the source of the effect (ref: https://mcsrc.dev/1/26.2/net/minecraft/world/entity/animal/nautilus/AbstractNautilus#L253 )
Steps to reproduce the issue
Make a new world with the datapack loaded
Tame a nautilus and mount the nautilus for get the
Breath of the Nautilus
Expected result
The trigger run and the advancement its given
Actual result
The trigger its ignored because the source is empty
