When using the debug stick (right or left clicking it), it shows the sub title information text for a split second before disappearing. This happens for all blocks.
The debug stick itself still works, you can select the mode (blindly, however.) and still change the block’s block-state without any issues other than the one stated.
Please note that I have accidentally used a ressource pack in the video, which however does not affect the present bug.

Could you please include details about your device and system specifications (RAM, CPU, GPU)?
Could you try performing the issue on a flat world without resource packs?
