Shelf Mushroom generates rotated 180° from expected orientation on logs

When Shelf Mushrooms naturally generate in the Dappled Forest biome, they appear to be placed on logs, but their orientation is incorrect.

Instead of facing the correct direction relative to the log surface, the Shelf Mushroom appears rotated approximately 180°, making it look misaligned or “flipped”.

Step to reproduce:

1. Run: /locate biome minecraft:dappled_forest

2. Teleport to the biome.

3. Find naturally generated Shelf Mushrooms on logs.

4. Observe their facing direction.
