The block breaking particles of shelf mushrooms are not displayed correctly

The new shelf block breaking particles have a low chance of appearing, and when they do, it is not a square shape like other breaking particles but unregular, with thin strips poking out and looks like the edges are weirdly stitched.

This could be due to the new shape of the mushroom, and improperly connected texture file? I’m not sure, but it would explain why the particles are so rare, the small mushroom shelf texture probably doesn’t take up much of the texture file, so the particles are often pulled from empty space? Again I’m not an expert and have never made a texture pack.

To reproduce: Break a mushroom shelf block a few times.

Expected Result: There are a similar amount of particles to the amount dropped by other minecraft blocks, and they should be roughly square shaped.

Actual Result: The particles often don’t appear, and are oddly shaped (see attachments - video is slowed down to 25% speed by the tick rate).

This was briefly mentioned in another post (Similar Post) but barely has details and there are no attachments to display it.
