A small sulfur cube gets stuck in a cave creeper (glowing berries) and cannot get out depending on the direction of its jump.
Place a hanging Cave Vine.
Melt a small sulfur cube next to it.
Wait for the mob to jump towards the creeper at a certain angle.
The mob gets stuck in a vine block and jumps helplessly in place, as the jump trajectory is blocked by the plant's hitbox.

This works for every type of vine and for big sulfur cubes too, I don’t know if it’s a bug or is intended

Please note that this is not the same as Working as Intended, as this bug report correctly describes behavior in the game that might not be the intended or desirable behavior, but it will not be fixed right now.
