[MC-309479] The game crashes during the loading screen with the message "Failed to wait for frame completion" on some systems

When I try to launch Minecraft 26.2, the game crashes shortly after the loading screen appears, throwing “java.lang.IllegalStateException: Failed to wait for frame completion”. From my testing, this appears to go back to 26.2 Pre-Release 1. 26.2 Snapshot 8 launches just fine.

I can confirm this on Ubuntu 24.04 with an AMD Radeon HD 7570M (Mesa drivers). Vanilla Minecraft 26.2 crashes with the same Failed to wait for frame completion error. Minecraft 26.1 works correctly.

Hey, just now saw this marked as fixed, and decided to test it myself. I can confirm 26.3 snapshot 9 launches fine on my system. Thank you!
