If you shoot mobs with a spectral arrow and then kill them, the glowing effect outline still remains on the screen. This is obviously not intended behaviour, and it is really annoying. Steps to reproduce:
If you are in Creative mode, run the command: /effect give @e[type=NameOfMob] glowing infinite. Alternatively, if you are in Survival mode, shoot a mob with a spectral arrow.
Creative mode: Kill it with commands. Once again if you are in Survival mode, use a weapon.
Notice that the effect outline still remains on the screen after you had killed it. This is definitely a bug, and I hope it gets fixed.
Environment
It happens in Java Edition 26.3 Snapshot 2 on PC
