[MC-309549] shelves held by foxes are barely visible

shelves held by foxes are placed too high and are placed too far back, so major part of the block is in fox’s head

the report is related a bit to MC-192563 because shelf is off-centred too, due to that, you can see if fox is even holding a shelf

how to fix:

move shelf slightly down on Y-axis, a bit forward on Z-axis, and centre it by moving it to the right on X-axis

shelf being off-centred is not really a case, but the fact of shelf being barely visible, is it really counts as duplicate of MC-192563?
