Need to repeat a recipe-unlocking action when a new recipe gets added to a group

For example: when you go in water you unlock crafting recipes of all boats. When an update happens and a new boat gets added, it would make sense that you also automatically get a crafting recipe of that new boat too. But for some reason you only unlock it when you go in water again. And this is applied to any crafting recipe group that gets unlocked, not just boats
