Hello, I have been trying to diagnose this issue for a little while and I am starting to suspect it might be a bug with the game. when playing Minecraft java edition on my m4 MacBook Pro cpu load for the game will spike to nearly 70-80%. causing both the game and my music (I listen to music on Apple Music) to stutter. I have tried both OpenGL and Vulkan it didn't fix it. I tried allocating more ram to the game it did nothing. I appreciate your time and consideration into this issue,

Hello, unfortunately I do not have a way to record the issue. when I start a screen recording it stops my music due to the fact it is DRM Protected content. I have tried resetting my MacBook since then so I do not have any logs. but the issue still persists
I figured out that with OBS it can record audio. the game has minimal stuttering but its still there. if you hear the music its not even listenable. I don't have much running in the background and it does the exact same thing when I have just music and Minecraft. I've checked the activity monitor and it shows Minecraft itself is using 80% cpu (which should not be the case for a M4 Mac)
I noticed it got automatically set to resolved. it is not yet resolved. I tested it its still doing it

oh alright thank you, I just came back here to let you know I think I have found a fix for this. I did a little tweaking on my own side using different versions of JRE and so far it seems like just updating JRE to 25.0.4 seems to have fixed it for me. I've maxed out my render and simulation distance and it's still not stuttering anymore. just thought that was worth sharing.

Can you record a video of the issue and upload it?
Can you provide logs and crash dumps? You can find them at %appdata%\.minecraft
Have you tried reinstalling the launcher and the Minecraft game? (Remember to create backup files before doing so.)
