New translations for the tooltip of the "Improved Transparency" option are wrongly backported

26.3-snapshot-2 introduces Order-Independent Transparency algorithm, an artifact of which is the change to options.improvedTransparency.tooltip that now mentions OIT in its text. However, the translated strings are backported to all versions since 1.19.4, especially since 25w41a where the Improved Transparency option and this string is introduced, where OIT is absent yet, especially 26.2 which is the current release version, rendering the tooltip incorrect for these versions. Note that this does not happen for en_us since en_us.json is directly bundled into the jar files.

This is not a translation issue as there is nothing the translators can do to resolve this, since we cannot both mention OIT and not mention OIT in a single translation. Rather, this should be fixed by including options.improvedTransparency.tooltip in deprecated.json properly, which has been done for other string changes that are breaking, but is suspiciously missing this time.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Java Edition 26.2 (or any version since 25w41a up to 26.3-snapshot-1)

  2. Change the game language to anything that is not en_us and is up-to-date (meaning that the new string is already translated); at least zh_cn and fr_fr meets this criteria

  3. Go to Options → Graphics, and observe the (translated) tooltip for Improved Transparency option

Expected Behavior

The tooltip does not mention OIT since it was absent in these versions.

Actual Behavior

The tooltip mentions OIT as it is wrongly backported from 26.3-snapshot-2, whose translated language files have been propagated with the release of 26.3-snapshot-3.
