When placing a Cushion within Soul Sand, the Cushion does not break as it does with full blocks. The Cushion is not visible, but the player can still click on it to sit.
To Reproduce:
Place a Cushion (can be any height using another block)
Replace the block (or airโฆ) occupied by the Cushion with Soul Sand.
Click on where the Cushion is to sit within the Soul Sand.
If the Cushion was placed on the top of the block below (see video 1), then the player must click the edge between the bottom of the Soul Sand and the floor. In this case, breaking the block underneath does lead to the Cushionโs removal.
If the Cushion was placed higher (see video 2), then the player must click at the height the Cushion is placed at on the Soul Sand Block. In this case, breaking the block underneath does NOT lead to the Cushionโs removal.
I am not sure if this feature is intended? I would personally expect the Cushion to break as it does when any FULL block occupies the block it is on. That said, I know that Soul Sand is not actually a full block. Certainly the mechanic is working as intended since it is not a full block, but I wonder if the ability to sit on the Cushion inside the soul sand despite not being able to see it is a desired result? Being able to place the Cushion atop and within different hitboxes has great potential for building, but you literally cannot see it in this case.
