Bailey, you need to create backups of the game sometimes, specially if you're trying a snapshot, to prevent that. I create one backup for each day that I play Minecraft, and doing this saved me many times.
If its any help try checking the properties of a few folders that might hold information on the world you lost to see if there are any previous versions.
I don't know if this helps but here is the crash report... If Notch or Jeb, or someone whp can help see's this
Crash report:
crash-2013-09-13_08.29.54-server
Incomplete without crash report (
[minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt
)Also note that when enabling the use of snapshots in the launcher, it warns you that they "may corrupt your world" and to "run regular backups".
