Some blocks render as cubes the color of the sky

Sometimes when I’m building in Minecraft 26.2, my block placements are just fine until I sometimes hit random clusters of where only blocks the color of the sky can be placed. This usually happens to me in Creative mode. Once I was trying to build a large pyramid, but I hit an avoidable cluster of textureless blocks that happens at set coordinates around the world.
