The arm swinging animation plays extra frames when continuously mining in Creative mode

teps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch Minecraft 26.3-snapshot-3 in Creative mode.

  2. Equip any tool or empty hand.

  3. Click and hold to mine a block. Observe the arm swing animation.

  4. Without releasing the mouse button, immediately move the crosshair to the adjacent block and continue mining.

  5. Observe the arm swing animation again during this continuous mining process.

Observed Results:

  • When mining the first block, the arm swings once (approximately 1 frame).

  • When continuously mining the second and subsequent blocks, the arm swing animation plays 2 to 3 extra frames before the block breaks.

Expected Results:
The arm swing animation should consistently be a single, brief swing (approximately 1 frame) for every block mined in Creative mode, regardless of whether mining is continuous.
