Steps to Reproduce:
In version 26.3-snapshot-3, enter the Overworld or the Nether and go down to the lowest bedrock layer.
Break a block of the very bottom bedrock, exposing the void or the space underneath.
Attempt to place a Beehive or a Bee Nest on the spot where the bedrock was broken.
Observe the game behaviour upon placement.
Observed Result:
The game crashes immediately as soon as the Beehive or Bee Nest is placed. The crash either returns to the launcher or produces a crash report.
Expected Result:
The Beehive or Bee Nest should place normally without causing a crash, the same as placing it on any other valid block surface.

Confirmed. This crash occurs when placing a beehive/bee nest, specifically during the isFireNearby check. If the surrounding coordinates fall below the minimum build height (or above the maximum), the chunk section lookup returns an invalid index, causing an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException. The game fails to properly bounds-check the Y-level before accessing the chunk section array
