You can't access Game Menu on Death screen

Using kill @e command in the repeating command block can softlock you from joining your world this is because the Death Screen doesn’t have an option for Game menu in-order to access the World Options to disable command blocks from working.

steps to reproduce:
1. Create a world with allow_commandsenabled.

1. Get a command block and place it

2. enter kill @e commands in command block and set it on always active or powered it with levers.

Expecting result:
Death screen should have Game Menu options or let you access the game menu with esc key.

Actual Result:
Death screen doesn’t have game menu option or won’t let you access the game option with esc key.
