The mouse cursor's position isn't updated after closing a singleplayer world and entering the title screen

When in the “Saving World” screen after pressing “Save and Quit to Title” from within a world, the in-game cursor position seems to always stay where it was when the button was pressed. When the screen eventually brings you to the Title Screen however, the in-game cursor position used to snap to wherever you brought the cursor to at that point. As of 26.3 Snapshot 4, this doesn’t happen anymore. The in-game cursor position instead still stays where it was when you pressed the Save and Quit button, and in fact doesn’t update it until you move the cursor manually, meaning you can, for example, interact with elements the game thinks you have your cursor over.

(The attached videos have the debug property CURSOR_POS enabled for clarity. You can enable it yourself by adding -DMC_DEBUG_ENABLED -DMC_DEBUG_CURSOR_POS to the JVM arguments of your Minecraft installation. The bug still occurs regardless of this debug property.)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Press the “Save and Quit to Title” button when in a world.

  2. Take note of the position your cursor is at upon pressing the button.

  3. Move the mouse cursor around in the “Saving World” screen, before being brought to the Title Screen.

  4. Observe where the in-game cursor ended up on the Title Screen compared to your actual cursor.

Expected result:

The in-game cursor position updates to your real cursor position upon being brought to the Title Screen.

Actual result:

The in-game cursor position is temporarily desynced from your real cursor position upon being brought to the Title Screen.
