Fallen birch tree generates intersecting with a standing birch tree

Description

A fallen birch tree generated directly intersecting/overlapping with a standing birch tree's trunk, causing the log blocks from both trees to occupy adjacent/overlapping space unnaturally.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new world using the seed provided below.

  2. Teleport to the specified coordinates in an old_growth_birch_forest biome.

  3. Observe the generated fallen birch tree clipping into the standing birch tree.

Observed Result

The fallen tree trunk generates straight through/into the base of a standing birch tree.

Expected Result

Fallen trees should generate with proper collision/clearance checks so they do not intersect with standing trees.
