Pressing Right Shift in textboxes toggles fullscreen under specific conditions

Environment

Windows 11, Microsoft Bopomofo IME

Steps to Reproduce

1. Unbind “toggle fullscreen” key

2. Open any text input (T chat screen, creative inventory search box, etc.)

3. Press RShift → toggled fullscreen ❌

Observations

1. When “toggle fullscreen” is bound to any key (e.g. default F11), this will NOT happen.

2. This happen with Microsoft Bopomofo IME and Microsoft Japanese IME, and presumably other IMEs.

3. This does NOT happen with default English input.
