The "Chat messages can't be verified" toast appears when joining a LAN world

When joining a vanilla LAN world, it says chat messages can’t be verified, despite chat messages still being able to be reported. Chat messages should be verified on non-modded LAN worlds.

Steps to reproduce:

1. On one account, create a world and open it to LAN

2. On another account, join the LAN world

3. Notice the toast message that shouldn’t be there

Expected Result:

The toast wouldn’t show up
